That earth-friendly nutrition, crafted with intention, can be outrageously delicious and regenerative not just for individuals, but also the community and our world.

Before Edenesque was a carton, it was a lifetime of experiences. Food shared as love, knowledge gathered through practice, and a belief that nourishment can change more than one life.
Meet Leslie Woodward
As a Black woman, chef, and business owner, Leslie’s lived experience is deeply affected by the intersecting challenges of climate change, health, food insecurity, and justice, and she integrates her values into every aspect of the business.
A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and certified sous chef at the Culinary Institute of America, Leslie also holds a degree in Holistic Nutrition and is a certified Dietary Manager & Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She cooked alongside renowned chefs, worked as a private chef, taught culinary arts, and served as Executive Chef to the President of Columbia University.
After her personal journey through childhood trauma and health challenges, the transformational love of her beloved grandmother and their shared belief in the healing power of food delivered Leslie to her calling as a chef and holistic nutritionist.
It is her profound hope and mission to deliver delicious, indulgent products that foster whole health, with great ingredients that support environmental sustainability, and have a positive impact on the community. Edenesque is the culmination of this mission.

It begins before the milk is even made—with meaningful employment for people with disabilities and justice-impacted team members, and ingredients sourced from local, sustainable New York farms working to build soil health and support biodiversity.
Our plant milks are carefully crafted for flavor, nutrition, and performance with minimal waste—using whole ingredients without fillers, gums, preservatives, or unnecessary additives.
Through the Edenesque Food Insecurity Initiative™, we work with farms and community organizations to help reduce food insecurity and expand access to nourishing food across New York State.
What began more than ten years ago as a one-woman offering at New York farmers markets has grown into a mission-driven company supported by the communities that welcomed Leslie as their own.
